Butcher Paper Food Truck LLC. is defiantly a cut above the rest, and we pride ourselves on "always keepin' it fresh". We started Butcher Paper Food Truck as a tribute to my father, Victor Denis, who had a catering truck for years and was a long time highly skilled Butcher by trade. He always had a joke & a smile on his face to match, as his positive vibes were extremely contagious. No matter how real the struggle really was, in his eyes, mistakes were simply just room for growth. At Butcher Paper our goal is to bring high quality, fresh foods to the streets of San Diego. Our passion for cooking and serving others is what drives us every day to make Butcher Paper Food Truck one the freshest, fastest, and most desirable food trucks on the go! We don't do fast food; we make fresh food, as fast as we can. We're able to offer all types of packages for any event, from Birthdays and house parties to corporate lunches and weddings.
