About Butcher Paper Food Truck

                   (All Served with Seasoned Fries and a Dill Pickle)  

The Butcher Burger – ½ pound of seasoned lean angus beef, “smash burger style”, with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pesto, mustard aioli on a fluffy garlic butter grilled brioche bun. 

 The Italian Stallion - capicola, pepperoni, salami, melted provolone, pepperoncini’s, shaved lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, mustard aioli, with a drizzle of olive oil & red wine vinegar, sprinkled with cracked black pepper on a lightly toasted ciabatta.

Cali Turkey Sando- thinly sliced turkey, bacon, provolone, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, drizzled with mustard aioli on fresh, lightly toasted sourdough.

Rotisserie Chicken Sandwich- tender, shredded rotisserie chicken, served hot, topped with avocado, red onions, and our homemade honey mustard on a lightly toasted ciabatta.

  Sirloin Steak Sand-   Sirloin steak, with caramelized red onions, melted provolone cheese, mayo & homemade chimichurri on a fluffy, garlic butter toasted brioche hoagie roll. 

 Veggie Delight- marinated artichoke hearts, avocado, provolone, pepperoncini’s, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, mustard aioli, drizzled with olive oil & red wine vinegar, sprinkled with cracked black pepper on fresh, lightly toasted sourdough.

 Chicken Strips - chicken strips served with seasoned curly fries & a side of ranch. 

 The Wedge - ¼ head of iceberg lettuce, bacon, red onions, tomatoes, blue cheese dressing / crumble mixture.
